Following the successful development of AJHS and its recent inclusion in Scopus®, we are now beginning a new phase of growth for Total Rehabilitation Research (TRR). In order to strengthen the journal and better support its future development, we are implementing updates to the submission guidelines, author instructions, and manuscript templates. Please note that there will be no changes to TRR’s publication frequency, publication month, or Article Processing Charge (APC).
In addition to revising the submission documents, we will also introduce a dedicated online submission and review system, Editorial Board™, which will replace the previous submission method. The link for submitting manuscripts has therefore been updated.
These revisions aim to improve editorial efficiency, enhance the overall quality of the publication process, and create a more seamless system for authors and reviewers. The new rules and formats will be applied beginning with TRR Vol.14, scheduled for publication in June 2026.
Transitional Measures for TRR:
- Manuscripts already accepted for publication will be converted to the new format by the editorial office before the author proofreading stage.
- Manuscripts currently under review will follow the existing process until acceptance. After acceptance, the editorial office will apply the new format before proofreading.
- Manuscripts that were returned for resubmission before acceptance (during the technical check stage and prior to receiving a system-assigned manuscript number) must follow the new guidelines and format.
- Manuscripts submitted from today onward must comply with the new guidelines and format.
