While there will no longer be a fixed submission deadline, only manuscripts that are expected to complete peer review and editorial processes appropriately before the publication date will be considered. Previously, the deadline was set two months prior to publication. From now on, the submission deadline will be eliminated; however, manuscripts that can realistically be processed promptly with the cooperation of the authors will be eligible for publication.
Starting from Vol.29, manuscripts for which the Article Processing Charge (APC) has been confirmed as paid in advance will be treated as accepted for publication and granted the right to be published. Up to Vol.28, the APC will continue to be invoiced after publication, as per the previous policy.
